White Heron Holidays: booking terms and conditions

Designed for You: Customized New Zealand Holidays
Before itinerary planning commences a non refundable fee of NZ$250 applies. This fee will be credited to your final holiday cost.

Prices :
All our prices are subject to availability of quoted accommodations, travel and sightseeing at time of booking.

Deposit :
White Heron Holidays requires a 25% deposit once bookings have been confirmed and accepted by you.

Payment :
Balance of payment must be received at least 42 days prior to your arrival in New Zealand. Note : Luxury lodges, bed and breakfast properties, some hotels and other service providers have cancellation policies which come into effect approximately 35 days prior to intended stay. This can influence refunds within this period prior to travel period.

Payments :
White Heron Holidays can be accept payments by:

Visa and Mastercard
Bank Cheque
Direct by telegraphic transfer.

Cancellations :
If you need to cancel either prior to departure or during your holiday, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Prior to 60 days from departure - NZ$250 per person
0 - 59 days - NZ$500 per person

plus any late cancellation charges made by New Zealand operators ie. lodges, hotels etc.

Note: should you cancel while on holiday, the refund is based on the services not used, less any charges made by local operators/hoteliers.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
